Our Story
eSmart Stocker Inc. was founded to solve a problem that touches every corner of the dental and healthcare industry: inventory managed by guesswork and disconnected spreadsheets instead of real data. Built by engineers with backgrounds in national defense systems and enterprise technology, our patent-pending Intelligent Cabinet System replaces manual tracking with a single automated platform — one that watches your shelf in real time, reorders before you run out, and tells you exactly who used what, on which patient, at which location.
Offered as a Hardware/Software-as-a-Service model with no long-term lock-in and full vendor independence, our system is designed to fit any dentist, any dental laboratory, any size operation — from a single office to a nationwide network.

Riad Sayegh
Co-CEO / Co-Founder
Riad has dedicated his career to solving complex problems and building systems with real impact. He holds a B.S. and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and the University of Rhode Island. As an Enterprise Systems Engineer supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, he led development of advanced systems for U.S. Submarine and Space programs — earning five U.S. patents. He founded eSmart Stocker™ to give healthcare and dental teams the tools to focus on patients, not inventory.
Michael Islek
Co-CEO / Co-Founder
Michael is a seasoned technology leader with a degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union. He invented one of the first template-driven website creation tools — his platform, WebSiteNow, has powered tens of millions of websites since 1995. As founder of Forward Technologies Inc., Michael has delivered mission-critical solutions for the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, USDA, and the National Science Foundation, applying decades of vision and technical expertise to national security and research initiatives.
